Another gift for me

I got these in the mail today.  Can I say I was skeptical about them since most protein bars I have tried are chalky, but I must say, THESE ARE AMAZING!  I have only tried the wildberry yogurt but I love it.

It feels like christmas already

Yesterday I received a package in the mail.  Like a little kid I tore it open a fast as possible.  It was beautiful.  I pulled out my brand new package of chocolate Shakeology.  This is my key ingredient to help me get my results.  I am so excited.  It came with a calendar of recipes.  A new recipe for each day of the month.  :)  Here is more about Shakeology if you are wondering what it is.

Great day for a weigh in

Alright, I am pumped.  I weighed in at 179lbs today.  That is a total loss of two lbs from last week.  I haven't weighed that in umm about 3 1/2 yrs.  I am so excited to see my progress.  As for my husband he lost 4lbsthis past week.  I must say, it is easier when your trying to reach your goals with someone else.  He keeps me motivated. :)

P90x BABY!!!

My husband and I decided to jump back on board and start P90X.  Wow is it a workout!  We both have completed week one and are enjoying our day of rest today.  I must say, I am sore but I am so excited about it because in one week my pants are loose and I can already see a little muscle definition. 
After having my last child I reached a whopping 227lbs.  Yep that's right.  Embarrassing I know but, I am excited for my future in weight loss.  Today I weighted in at 180lbs, which puts me at, if I do my math right, (47lbs).  As Tony says, "Bring IT!"
